About Aqar Out

The reference page defining what Aqar Out is, what it does, and what it does not do — the same definition used across the platform.

What is Aqar Out?

Aqar Out is an Egyptian platform that facilitates the official transfer and assignment of installment property contracts, directly from owners and without owner-added overprice. It organises the contract's financial picture — paid, remaining and transfer costs — and connects owners with serious buyers. The transfer itself happens with the developer and requires their approval.

What Aqar Out is not

The platform is not the original developer, a bank, an escrow service, a law firm, a financial adviser, a guaranteed buyer, or a guaranteed refund service. No sale and no completion date are guaranteed; the contract and the developer decide the outcome.

How does the commission work?

Seller platform commission is 0%. The buyer pays 1% of the verified original contract value, due only when the official contract transfer is successfully completed. Interest, viewings, registration, and submitting or accepting an offer trigger no commission.

Developer transfer fees, taxes, maintenance, overdue charges and legal fees are separate from the platform commission. Zero seller commission does not mean zero total cost.

Who uses the platform?

Owners with an existing developer contract who want an organised exit, and buyers looking for a unit on an existing contract with an older contract price and a clear payment plan. Listings come directly from owners, not brokers.

How is information verified?

Every item is shown with its own state: declared, evidence uploaded, in review, verified, conflicting, stale, or unknown. Reviewing one document does not make a whole opportunity “verified”, and we do not use phrases like “100% verified”.
