2. When it becomes due
Commission becomes due after the transfer completes with the developer. Before that, nothing is owed regardless of how far the deal progressed.
3. What is not commission
The developer transfer fee, taxes and stamps, overdue amounts, and maintenance or club fees are all separate items, each shown as known or needing confirmation.
4. Policy changes
Any rate change is recorded as a new version. Existing deals remain on the policy version in force when they were created.
