What does the platform charge?
Sellers pay nothing. Buyers pay 1% of the verified contract value, due only after a completed transfer.
Is there a fee for interest or a viewing?
No. Interest, viewings and offers are free and trigger no obligation.
What does no overprice mean?
The requested reimbursement never exceeds the verified eligible paid amount. A seller may accept less, never more.
How is the cancellation deduction calculated?
From your own contract text. Some use a percentage of the contract value, some a percentage of paid funds, some a fixed amount. There is no universal rule; the 15% figure is illustrative only.
How long does a refund take?
It comes from your contract terms or the developer statement, not from years paid. If unknown, we show it as unknown.
Are my documents published?
No. Contracts and receipts stay in private storage, shared only under a specific, time-limited, revocable grant.
What does verified mean here?
A human reviewer checked the specific document against the declared number. Editing the source or value makes the verification stale and returns the field to review.
Do you guarantee developer approval?
No. Transfer approval is entirely the developer's decision; we only reflect the eligibility stated in your contract.
Does the developer-price comparison mean profit?
No. It is a nominal comparison of total commitment against a quoted comparable unit, not an investment return, and it is indirect when specs or schedules differ.
Can I sell privately without a public listing?
Yes. You can choose a private sale to specific buyers with the same financial clarity.
