Seller exit centre

Direct answers on exiting an existing contract: the comparison, reimbursement, privacy, and costs.

I want out of my contract — where do I start?

Start with three numbers: the original contract value, what you have actually paid, and what you want reimbursed. With those, the calculator shows the amount remaining to the developer and your net position under transfer versus cancellation, before you show the unit to anyone.

Transfer or cancel?

Cancellation deducts a contractual penalty from what you paid; a transfer lets you agree reimbursement with a buyer. The comparison differs contract by contract, so the calculator runs both scenarios on your own figures rather than a general rule.

Does the seller pay commission?

No. Seller platform commission is 0%. The buyer pays 1% of the verified original contract value after the transfer completes. Zero platform commission does not mean zero cost: assignment fees, taxes and overdue amounts are separate items.

Can I sell without a public listing?

Yes. You can keep the file private so it is shown only to matching buyers, without appearing on the public opportunities page. Your detailed unit address and documents never appear in a public listing anyway.

How long does it take?

There is no guaranteed timeline. It depends on the developer's approval speed, how complete your documents are, and whether a financially ready buyer is available. Anyone promising a fixed timeline is promising something outside their control.
