The journey

From contract to transfer, step by step

No hidden step and no surprise fee. Each step has clear numbers and a declared verification state.

If you are an owner

  1. Step 1 — Eligibility and ownership

We ask whether you are the direct owner and whether your contract allows a transfer. Unsure is recorded as unknown, not blocked.
  2. Step 2 — Unit details

Region, developer, project, type, area, finishing and delivery. The detailed address stays private.
  3. Step 3 — Contract and payments

Contract value, paid amount, requested reimbursement, installment schedule and known costs. Requested can never exceed paid.
  4. Step 4 — Documents

Contract, receipts and balance statement in private storage. Uploading is not verification.
  5. Step 5 — Privacy and exposure

Choose a public listing or a private sale, mark which photos may be published and set contact windows.
  6. Step 6 — Review and declaration

Final check of the numbers, direct-owner and no-overprice declarations, then submission for human review.

If you are a buyer

  1. Step 1 — Register requirements

Available cash, monthly installment, annual budget, regions and specs. An unknown annual budget is recorded as unknown.
  2. Step 2 — Review opportunities

Each opportunity shows paid, remaining, commission and both known and unconfirmed costs.
  3. Step 3 — Interest or viewing

Expressing interest and viewing are free and never trigger commission.
  4. Step 4 — Formal offer

The offer carries amount, conditions and an expiry, stored with a frozen snapshot of the numbers.
  5. Step 5 — Developer procedures

After acceptance the transfer file starts with the developer. Their approval is outside the platform.
  6. Step 6 — Completed transfer

The 1% commission is due only after the transfer completes, computed on the verified contract value.
Register your requirements
The platform guarantees no sale, no timeline and no developer approval. Any unconfirmed number is shown as needing confirmation, never as zero.
