How we verify information
Each item shows its own state, and unknowns stay unknown. This page explains what each state means and where it stops.
What does “verified” mean on Aqar Out?
“Verified” applies to a single item, never to a whole opportunity. If the contract document is reviewed, only the contract value becomes verified; the other items keep their own state. We never say “100% verified” and give no legal guarantee.
What are the data states?
Every figure or item on the platform carries one of these states, shown plainly to the buyer before any step.
- Declared: stated by the seller with no document yet.
- Evidence uploaded: a document exists but has not been reviewed.
- In review: the platform team is reviewing it now.
- Verified: the item matched a readable document.
- Conflicting: the document and the declared figure disagree.
- Stale: the document is old and may have changed.
- Unknown: no information; the figure is never shown as zero.
Why are some numbers incomplete?
Transfer fees, overdue amounts or maintenance are set by the developer and are sometimes unknown when a unit is listed. In that case we show a “known subtotal” and name the missing items instead of inserting a zero that would distort the total.
What if you find an incorrect fact?
Send it through the contact page and name the page and the item. Reports are reviewed by a person; if confirmed, the item is corrected, its state changes, and the review date is recorded.
