The rules we work by
These are not slogans: each one is enforced as a product rule and blocks publication when violated.
Direct owners only
We work with the unit owner, not intermediaries. Unclear ownership goes to human review.
No overprice
The requested reimbursement never exceeds the verified eligible paid amount. Paid and requested stay distinct fields.
Clear commission
Seller 0%. Buyer 1% of the verified contract value, due only after a completed transfer. Interest, viewings and offers trigger nothing.
Separate costs
Developer fees, taxes, overdue charges and maintenance are separate from platform commission, each with its own known or unconfirmed status.
Evidence per number
Every field carries its own verification state. Editing a source or value makes the prior verification stale.
Human review
No publication and no document-verification claim before human review. Transfer eligibility and developer approval are separate facts.
Privacy with permissions
Documents live in private storage. Sharing needs a specific, short-lived, revocable grant.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee a sale, a timeline, developer approval or a return, and we never pressure distressed owners.
